Hosting handles audio and video, adaptive streaming, IAB-compliant analytics, and distribution to every major directory. Memberships are built in rather than bolted on, so paid subscribers get a private feed automatically instead of copying a token into another app.

The part most hosts get wrong is the money. Membership platforms take a percentage of every subscription forever. Dispatch does not take a platform fee on membership revenue.

Most business phone systems are a web page wrapped around a phone. OfficeLine is built the other way around, as an instrument panel where multiple live calls, transfers, hold, and messaging all sit in front of you at once instead of behind menus.

Administration is the other half. Fifteen management panels cover routing, hours, greetings, hold music, users, and numbers, so changing how calls flow does not require a support ticket.

General-purpose legal software treats a probate matter like any other case. It is not. The people in an estate are related to each other, and those relationships drive who gets noticed, who has standing, and where a conflict hides. PracticeBase models the relationship graph directly instead of leaving it in a memo.

Documents generate from structured data to both PDF and Word, so the same matter produces a filing and an editable draft without retyping. Conflict search runs fuzzy rather than exact, because names get entered wrong.
